For many years now, many garden railroaders have wanted an uncoupler that can easily be replaced with the previous standard coupling.
The automatic uncoupler was developed on the basis of the LGB® variant (DUO-Lok 1993), with a decisive advantage, the overall size.
This makes the uncoupler particularly easy to fit on many garden railway models from LGB® and other manufacturers.

The uncoupler consists of a drive unit and a mechanical unit. The heart of the whole is a small miniature motor with integrated control electronics and is housed in the fully integrated drive unit. The mechanics of the drive are convincing! The small motor positions the coupling hook slowly downwards. At the same time, the lower part of the bracket is pushed forward. This means that even the symmetrical coupling can easily be uncoupled with just one drive.

The automatic uncoupler is made of black fiberglass plastic using the proven injection molding process, which offers maximum stability and durability.

The decoupler is connected via the 30cm long connection cable to a standard digital decoder using Decoder+, Decoder- and the function output (amplified / open collector). The power supply requires 16 – 22V with maximum 200mA direct rectifier voltage (Dec+/Dec-).
