The Flexible Track Bender makes the bending of flexible track much more convenient. Until now, the bending process without a Flexible Track Bender led to unequal track lengths, since the inner track profile becomes longer than the outer track profile during bending in both directions and may slip. Using the Flexible Track Bender solves this problem; the inner, fixed track profile then only lengthens in one direction during bending according to the bent radius and therefore only needs to be shortened at one end.The Flexible Track Bender makes the bending of flexible track much more convenient. The Flexible Track Bender 45mm is a high quality tool for fixed bending of G gauge flexible track (code 332), which minimizes rework when creating individual track radii. It is made of high quality stainless steel. Bending without a Flexible Track Bender results in uneven track lengths, as the inner track profile becomes longer than the outer track profile during bending (in both directions) and may slip. By using the Flexible Track Bender, the fixed profiles only moves in one direction when bending and therefore only needs to be shortened at one end. This makes bending flexible track much more convenient.

 

The Flexible Track Bender is placed on the rail profiles from above at one end of the track to be bent in the space between the sleepers and is fixed in no time at all with a clockwise rotation of the tensioning lever. By using a professional quick-release lever, the Flexible Track Bender can be conveniently fixed and the position of the lever can be adjusted individually. After bending, the Flexible Track Bender is released from the track again by operating the quick-release lever in the opposite direction.
